In our clinics we ask you to sign a paper giving permission for your personal data (or that of your named child who is under 16 years of age) to be stored for as long as needed by Boulderstone Technique Ltd. Your contact details (name, address, phone number & email) are stored electronically but are password protected and will not be shared with any third party other than partners and employees of Boulderstone Technique Ltd. They are collected in case we need to contact you or send you something as part of our treatment programme or regarding your appointments with us

We also collect information about whether you heard about us online, through personal recommendation or passing by. This is only to help us with our business. You have the right to withhold any piece of information that you don’t want to share with us.
The additional notes that we write on paper (including your date of birth) are to keep a record and to facilitate your treatment with us and are kept in a filing cabinet in the clinic. They are not shared with any third party without your explicit consent. They are confidential notes which only record information that you choose to tell us. Any testimonies freely given to be quoted on our website or promotional material will not carry your full name but only your first name or initials and town where you live. Even these can be modified on your request.
You have the right to request access to your personal data and to correct or remove any of your data. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
